The
HUF (referred to as the "Club", "we", and "our") respects
and is committed to protecting the personal information of
applicants for membership (referred to as the
“Applicants”) and our members (referred to as the
“Members”). With certain exceptions, for example for
publicly available information, personal information is
information that identifies an individual.
This Policy describes the personal information management
practices of the Club in place for the purposes of
enabling Applicants and Members to make an informed
decision about providing the Club with the information it
requires in order to offer and maintain membership.
Provision of the information constitutes an Applicant’s
consent to the use and disclosure of the Applicant’s
information in the ways described below.
Collection and Uses of
Personal Information
The Club collects and maintains contact and other personal
information of Applicants and Members, such as name, date
of birth and gender, as well as billing information. We
require and use the personal information we collect to
offer and maintain Club memberships, manage our business,
including billing and collecting fees and related charges,
comply with regulatory requirements and communicate with
Members about our products, services, personnel,
operations, events and promotional offers we believe may
be of interest.

Disclosure of Personal
Information
We may disclose the personal information maintained in our
records to third party service providers and consultants,

our lawyers and accountants. We may also disclose personal
information where required by law or legal instrument,
such as a court order, to collect a debt or to provide

event of an emergency. In the event of a sale, merger or
substantial corporate reorganization, we may disclose
personal information to a potential or actual purchaser or
the new entity created by a merger or reorganisation.
Accessing and Amending

Withdrawal of Consent
and Investigating Our Personal Information Management
Subject to legal restrictions, including the fulfillment
of contractual obligations, Members may withdraw their
consent to our use and/or disclosure of their personal

Club from continuing to offer particular services or
membership and Members are invited to discuss the
implications of withdrawing consent with our Privacy
Officer. Members are also invited to contact our Privacy
Officer, as indicated below, with any questions or
concerns about our management of their personal
