Quick Boxing Training Overview

In Boxing classes you will work both the orthodox and southpaw stances. Classes welcome all levels, from beginners to professionals; you will develop and learn the skill and sweet science. All boxing classes include core training, (abdominal, lower back) hips and buttocks. While having a good time you will get in great shape, increasing your stamina, strength, self-discipline and toning your full body.
