Quick Young Hero's Training Overview

HUF's young hero's program is intended for youth between the ages of 7 and 17 years. With the exception of those younger hero's who are focused on learning the sport of boxing.  This program will encourage self-discipline, improve co-ordination and dexterity; it will also improve self-confidence, endurance, conditioning, stamina, hand eye co-ordination and all aspects of other athletic sports. For example Basket Ball, Baseball, Lacrosse, and Hockey. Boxing is excellent cross training for all sports.

Young Boxers Will:

  • Increase Self-Discipline
  • Increase Strength
  • Increase Stamina
  • Improve Co-ordination
  • Improve Dexterity
