Andrew Heron trained boxers from grassroots to National level Championship. Andrew has attended two of Lennox Lewis’ training camps where he worked with Lennox's chief sparring partner, Egerton Marcus, a bronze medalist at the '88 Olympics. He has also worked in Lockport New York where he trained Amer Abdallah, another Kickboxer he coached to Championship status.

Teresa Rego is a mom of five who was twice widowed. She has competed in more than 20 figure and women's physique competitions on Provincial, National and International levels, under the tutelage of IFBB PRO Mindi O'Brien. Teresa competed in Las Vegas at the Amateur Olympia and earned her IFBB pro card in women's bodybuilding. She is also a level 1 boxing coach with extensive boxing training and sparring experience. In the
industry for nearly 28 years, she and Andrew have been partners since HUF’s inception.
