Classes welcome all levels, from beginners to professionals; you will learn and develop the skill and technique of the sweet science.  All boxing classes include core training.  While learning something new and having a good time you'll get in great shape.

Our Boxing classes have been designed instruct all bodies with the integrity that they are a pugilist.  Incorporating both the orthodox and southpaw stances in the hour long workout ensures all members learn the 'Marvellous ' way!
