Make A Donation
Drop off any miscellaneous items you feel will assist the homeless or the mission, such as warm clothes, blankets, sleeping bags, bibles, non perishable food, bottled water, hygiene products, first aid kits, flash lights, back packs, garbage bags and old rakes. Many of these basic items can be found at Dollarama or in your basement or garage collecting dust. HUF volunteers will take your loving donations and create individual HUF Care Packages.

Over 28 years of training, competing, coaching management, entrepreneurship and life experiences HUF (Heron Ultimate Fitness) was established in July 1996, on the southeast corner of Hurontario and Queensway in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. For nearly three decades, we have had the pleasure of enhancing thousands of people's lives. We have guided and witnessed transformations on many different levels including body weight loss transformation and renewal of the mind, body and spirit – and have been a catalyst to countless beautiful relationships. Boxing is a rough business and there is a fear factor when you enter the ring, but everybody can be courageous when surrounded by the right people and other courageous people.

Member Appreciation Night
Member Appreciation Night is an event put together by our staff to celebrate all our boxers members and give everyone a chance to spend time together as a community. These nights provide an opportunity for fighters to get into the ring with a loud and supportive crowd cheering them on while they show off their skills. We often offer food and drinks to purchase and free admission to all members. Non-members are welcome to join us with the purchase of an entry ticket/day pass at the door. Join us next Member Appreciation Night for a fun, action packed experience!
